Fleet wood Enclave project. This project is one of two recent projects taken on by Geospace Construction. With a new subdivision being created in the town ship, the scope of this undertaking includes development of four single-family residential homes on an acreage. Thus far, Geospace has had the opportunity to design, build one home for a very happy client. We look forward to working with our client in the future to develop the remaining land and produce 3 new homes on site. Throughout this project, we worked together with our client to create floor plans that catered to the future, producing a more energy efficient, naturally lit home. The challenge was building a home that could not only compete with homes of the future but also take into consideration future development, where there were geographic restrictions in place.
